Philadelphia police arrested Cody on Wednesday, October 4, and later
charged him with possession of an instrument of crime, recklessly
endangering another person, and multiple counts of aggravated
assault.

He was arrested at his residence where officers reportedly found the
bike, helmet, and the 9mm gun allegedly used in the incident, where
he attacked Nikki Bullock and her two young children on Sunday,
October 1.

At a hearing on Wednesday, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry
Krasner reportedly requested Heron be held on $5 million bail, but a
judge set it for 10% of $2,500,000.

Why did Cody Heron attack Nikki Bullock?
Cody was taken into custody after assaulting Bullock in an intense
dispute on Sunday when he riding with a group of ATV and dirt bike
riders in the area of City Hall, according to Daily Mail.

According to surveillance footage, the dispute allegedly sparked
after a group of ATV, motorcycle, and dirt bike riders surrounded
23-year-old Bullock's Sedan.

At one point, the mother was seen exchanging furious words with a
biker, who pulled aside her car. She told NBC10 that Heron first
charged at her after she tried to change lanes around the horde of
bikers.

"They're not paying attention to lanes," she said, adding, "They're
just doing whatever. So I'm turning in the lane and he just hits the
side of the car."

As the situation escalated, the rider believed to be Heron, started
physically attacking Bullock's car, with her two kids, aged 2 and 5,
sitting in the back seat. He climbed up on the trunk and took the
time to jump many times and smash the back window

Heron's brazen act prompted Burke to exit the car and confront the
man head-on. "He jumped up here with two feet. He stepped his first
foot down. Didn't work, so, then he was like... and, went through,"
she recalled of the now-viral clip.

During the altercation, Heron even appeared to drop a gun that had
been held at his waist before briefly pointing the weapon at the
mother.

As they jawed further, Heron allegedly headbutted Bullock, who
shoved the motorcyclist right before he fled.

She explained to FOX29 Philadelphia that the incident occurred while
she and her children were out delivering meals for Uber Eats.

"I'm just grateful that my kids are okay. There's not a scratch on
them. It was just the simple fact that I had kids in the car. I just
wanted to protect them, honestly," she said.

Internet reacts to Cody Heron's arrest
The news of Heron's arrest has garnered immense social media
attention, with one user saying, "This just made my day 🥹 that video
got me SO mad I thought he got away."

"If he is found guilty and is the guilty one, I hope he gets at
least 20 years - it's time to send a message," a second user
asserted.

"So happy he was apprehended. Kudos to the Philadelphia police
force," a third user rejoiced while another said, "Lock him up throw
away the key! High bail for all criminals is a must."

However, there were also users who speculated if Heron's race was a
motive for the high-price bail. "I think we all know that if he had
been non-white he would have been on a much lower bond. He deserves
to go to jail, but for his crimes, not his skin color," one user
said.

"Why don't they charge everyone else like that? 🙄", one wrote.
"Good to know the law works for certain types of people in Philly. I
bet Krasner goes after him to the full extent," one more asserted.

Must be a Trumper. They're into breaking the law like their Messiah who's
facing 700 years in prison.

Feeble old scatterbrain Trump (Inmate Number P01135809) will have spare
change from his prison laundry duties to get by. He'll be sucking black
dick too. At his age, he'll probably die in prison.

Trump's Total Charges Could Result In More Than 700 Years In Prison.

Former President Donald Trump has been indicted on 91 federal and state
charges in total after being indicted for the fourth time Monday in Fulton
County, Georgia, facing a range of felony charges that all carry potential
prison sentences that add up to a potential maximum sentence of 717.5
years in prison,

Manhattan - 136 Years Maximum: Trump was charged with 34 counts of
falsifying business records in the first degree in his first indictment in
Manhattan, stemming from "hush money" payments made during his 2016
campaign, which as a class "E" felony under New York law carries a maximum
four-year prison sentence for each count if convicted.

Trump could face over 100 years in prison if he were convicted of every
charge in that case.

Classified Documents - 450 Years Maximum: Trump faces 40 federal charges
after being indicted for bringing White House documents back to Mar-A-Lago
with him and allegedly trying to obstruct the Justice Department's
investigation into them, including 32 counts of willful retention of
national security documents, six counts related to obstruction and two
counts for scheme to conceal and making false statements.

That could result in 450 years maximum imprisonment, based on the willful
retention charges each carrying up to 10 years in prison, the obstruction
charges carrying potential 20-year penalties and the false statement
charges carrying potentially five years each.

Federal Election Investigation - 55 Years Maximum: Trump was charged with
four felony counts as part of the Justice Department's investigation into
his efforts to overturn the 2020 election, including conspiracy to defraud
the U.S., obstruction, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding and
conspiracy against rights, a 19th century law that criminalizes when two
or more people "conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate" any
Americans "in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege"
they're afforded under the Constitution or federal law.

Those charges could result in more than 50 years in prison if Trump were
convicted of all counts, based on maximum sentences of five years for
conspiracy to defraud, 20 years for each obstruction charge and 10 years
for conspiracy against rights.

Fulton County - 76.5 Years Maximum: Trump was indicted on 13 state charges
in Fulton County for trying to overturn Georgia's 2020 election-part of 41
total counts brought against 19 defendants-including charges for
racketeering (known as RICO charges), solicitation of violation of oath by
a public officer, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer,
conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree, false statements and
writings, conspiracy to commit false statements and writings, filing false
documents and conspiracy to commit filing false documents.

Trump could spend more than 70 years in prison if he were convicted on all
counts, based on maximum sentences of 20 years for racketeering, three
years for solicitation (three counts), 2.5 years for conspiracy to
impersonate a public officer, 7.5 years for forgery conspiracy (two
counts), five years for false statements (two counts), 2.5 years for
conspiracy to commit false statements (two counts), 10 years for filing
false documents and five years for conspiracy to file false documents.
